Salla Store Integration & Merchant Data

LBS integrates with the Salla e-commerce platform so that participating brands can have their products discovered through our search engine. When a merchant connects their Salla store to LBS, we request limited, read-only access to their product catalogue. Specifically, we read and store the following data fields from connected Salla stores:

• Product Title: the name of each product as entered by the merchant in their Salla dashboard.
• Product Images: the primary and gallery image URLs associated with each product.
• Price & Currency: the selling price and currency set by the merchant.
• Product URL: the direct link to the product page on the merchant's Salla store.
• Status: whether the product is published, drafted, or hidden, so we can keep our listings accurate.

This data is displayed publicly within LBS search results and brand pages so that shoppers can discover and click through to the merchant's store. We do not read or store order data, customer data, customer personal information, financial records, or any data beyond the product catalogue fields listed above. We do not modify, delete, or write any data back to the merchant's Salla store — our access is strictly read-only.

To keep our search results current, we automatically refresh this product data on a recurring basis and receive real-time webhook notifications from Salla when a product is created, updated, or deleted in the connected store. These webhooks contain only the same catalogue fields described above and trigger an automatic re-sync of the affected product. A merchant may disconnect their Salla store at any time, at which point we stop reading and receiving updates and remove the synced product data from our public search results.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With Brands: When you interact with a brand's products (e.g., clicking through to their website or WhatsApp), basic information about your interaction may be shared with that brand.
• Service Providers: We may share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf.
